Fergus Update

Fergus Update:

My Uncle Fergus is home from the V.E.T. and is feeling much better.

They aren't sure what was wrong, but that maybe he picked up a tummy bug from the groomer's.

To celebrate his good health we thought we would share some photo of him as a young fella (he's 10 now).

This is my small human's mummy, when she was 14, and my human, when she was 18 (she is holding Fergus).

Fergus joined the family when he was 6 months old in 2001 (when my human was 16) he wasn't the first scottie in the family (or the first one named Fergus), my human and her sister saved up all their pocket money to buy him, it took them years and years.

"I have not been digging a hole..."
Here is my human with Fergus when he was a wee lad, she just caught him doing a spot of gardening...

He's a bit older now and his coat's not quite as black as it was, and he lives with Cushings.

I hope he stays healthy for a long time to come!!

  5. Tell Fergus that I've got Addision's which is the opposite of Cushing's. Cushings has too much hormone and Addisions is not enough. It's interesting that there were other Ferguses (Fergi?). They don't recycle names-I'll be the only Kyla and Kenzie is unique to him.

  7. Oh, that is wonderful news Dougall!!! I'll be sendin' him extra AireZens, so he can continue to mend. I think a tummy thing must be goin' around. Lots of pups (including me) have had trouble these past couple of weeks. Strange.

    Kisses,

    Ruby

Peess: Your comment over at Frankie's bloggie about not enjoying training, made Ma laugh! I know exactly how you feel Dougall!!

  9. Oh! Our Robbie looked just like that when he was 'gardening' too! I loved that your human and her sister saved their money to get Fergus. Glad he's ok and hope he stays that way.
