  4. I've never seen one of those befores! It looks like a cross between a hedgehog/porcupine/anteater! VERY COOL!!

    1. It's an Echidna, he's a native Aussie. It's cousin to the platypus. The lady versions have a pouch and lay eggs. :) Funny fellas!

  16. Oh wow! Mum says she would love to have seen one of those when they had a holiday in Australia a couple of years ago. She says the most exciting (huh?) thing that happened was finding two huntsman spiders on the ceiling of the camper van one evening! I think she would have preferred to meet the echidna!
