While I was there the peeps made the dogtor look in my ears, because they had been worrying me. The dogtor had a look, and woe, I have and infection in one of my ears.
So, now the peeps have been torturing me, not once, but TWICE a day with icky, awful ear medicine!!
They squeeze horrible sticky stuff in my poor ear, leave it there for a little then wipe it out, then poor some other yucky stuff in it... :(
I really don't like it. So, when they put the stuff in my ear I try to run away and shake my head to try to make it go away...
The worst part is that the horrible gunk is getting all over the furs on my ears and head and making them all sticky and dirty.

Shock, horror Dougall! That is tortures to your furs. Hope your ears are better soon. I use to have that done when I was young but it went away as I grew older. Have a super Saturday.

Ohhhhhhh Dougall, we understand, and yes it is messing with your handsomeness. We have stuff put in ours once a month cause we start rubbing them on the fence, ground and shaking our heads a lot, we get ear mites here!

Fergie got mites once when he was little, the vet said he probably got them from the neighbour's cat. Typical cat.
DeleteOh, Dougall, it's not fun at all is it? I would run away too but well, it's for the best - which I'm sure they have told you - She always says to me 'It's for your own good, Groucho' which really annoyes me (even if it might be true!). I hope you feel better soon.

DeleteOH NOES...if do so feel for you...I recently had to have 2 kinds of drops 2 times a day in my eyes. NOT FUN at all but thankfully it did not turn my white furs...I guess you know you'll be taking a bath soon.

Maybe not... My peep is worried that if I get water in my ears it will make the infection worse... So she is too scared to give me a bath!

Oh Dougal, that must have been a bad infection. Are you sticking your head under water? My Vickie says if I keep that up, I will have a bad ear infection.

Poor Dougall, I get ear infections too and I hate that stuff. I shake and shake my head and try to make it go away. Mommy even says it is stinky sometimes. I hope you are all better soon. Did the shot hurt? Did Floyd have to get a shot?
