Memories...

Sorry I haven't been 'round your blogs. I've been keeping my peep company. She's been really low since Fergie crossed the bridge.

She's been looking at photos of him from his younger days, and I thought we should share some with you...

This is when he first met them, he was 6 months old.

At his forever home, in his new little bed.

Classic Fergus sleeping pose. He'd always started off IN the bed, but end up hanging out of it... bol!

Just after she caught him digging in the garden... (she's wearing her high school uniform in this one... woah!)

He loved rides in the wheel barrow...

I've been looking after her the best I can, keeping close and giving her huggies and lickies when I think she needs cheering up.

We'll get back to normal posts soon, she just needs a little time.

Love, lickies and tail waggles,

Dougall.

  6. Oh, thank you for taking such good care of your mom. This is a very sad time for her and she can use all the extra snuggles and doggy kisses you can spare! How wonderful to be able to look back on those photos and remember the happy times and the great life he had! Thank you for sharing those with us.

Hugs to your mom from me and licks from Blueberry. Hang in there - I know it is extremely painful to lose a cherished friend.

  23. Oh Dougall, we are sorry, we missed the post about Fergus. We are so sorry. Sometimes, words aren't enough and all you can do is be there. We know that Fergus will be having a blast up there in Four Legged Heaven. Keep close to the peep, it's one of the best things in the world, She says, having a four legged one giving you cuddles and attention when something incredibly sad happens.
