They are fight for equality. Animal equality.
They believe (and rightly so) that we should all have equal access to many things around our homes.
Carpeted rooms, big hooman beds, and, of course... The couch (or, lounge as we call it here in Australia).
Floyd and I are lucky, the peeps already let us on the lounge, but I know it is not the same for all of my doggy furends.
That is why I am standing (or sitting) side-by-side with Sammy and Wally.
I am joining the Occupy Couch movement.
Is there an "Occupy Peep" movement? |
Do you have equal access to your lounge? Do your furends? If you answered "no" to either of these questions, stop by Wally and Sam's blog and show them your support!
OH Dougall and Floyd... Ernie and I (Frankie Furter) are PROUDLY standing with you in our support of Sammy and Wally's OCCUPY the COUCH ... or any OTHER location that WE deem to be OURS !!!
ReplyDeleteOh yes we are strongly supporting their movement! That meeting yesterday that they had was very informative! Excellent Scottie support!
ReplyDeleteThe Lounge is OURS....sometimes we let HER on.

Yes, Mr. Fox & Scruffy are very at home on our couch, bed, chairs, why anything we own that they can get comfy on is theirs. Power to the dogs!!
ReplyDeleteAlyssa, Mr. Fox & Scruffy
We are allowed to occupy 1 couch spot. So, we are joining in, Occupy the Couch!

Alanis doesn't walk up the stairs and prefers her own bed in a safe corner (away from Miro). Miro prefers my bed as a place to nap.
ReplyDeleteYep you dogs got the life ~ I got the floor.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog
Sweet William The Scot
Yep, our puppers are allowed on the couches (or lounges as you say)! We have to sit around them instead of sitting where we want, if they're already lying down...don't want to disturb a sleeping dog, ya know? :)
