News...

My peep went on a road trip with her mum and sister yesterday. It was a very special trip, to get something very special.

Something small, and fluffy.

Something cute, and cuddly...

Can you guess what it was...?

It was this little guy...

His name is Alexander (Alex or Xander) for short. He's now living with Her mum and dad. He's a little baby brindle scottie, only 12 weeks old.

He's pretty cute, hey!

Here he is with his new peep (Her mum).

Here is is with Her sister and his fur family. That's his sister Charlotte on the right, I'm not sure who the fuzzies on the left are. But the peep said she met his mum, grandma, dad, grandpa and aunty.

This is his mum.
His aunty is expecting EIGHT puppies! Next week!

Look at her BIG belly!!

Here are some more pictures of him... Just because he is a cutie...

Neither Floyd nor I have met him yet, we have to wait 2 weeks, because he just got vaccinated. I can't wait to play with him!!

This is Dougall's peep here. Alex sure is a little cutie!

Mum got him as a surprise for dad. We thought he'd be really happy... But, he wasn't. He was actually really upset... It was not the reaction we were expecting.

I think with losing Fergus earlier this year and then his Mum only a few weeks ago... He's just sad.

I know he'll eventually be okay. We all just thought he'd like the little fella and would see him as company, especially after what we all went through when Nan was sick.

I hope it doesn't take too long to turn him around. :(

  1. Oh heavens! I'm sure his reaction was unexpected...but looking at adorable little Alex, we don't think it will take him long to come around...how could it? He'll be cheered up before he even knows it's happened!

  2. Oh bOy!!! I bet it was surprising to see his unexpected reaction. with a cute face like that, how could he be mad for too long. I bet he will come to LOVE Alex, he just has to deal with the situation. Just tell Alex to show him some Scottie Love and they will be fine.

  12. Don't worry. He'll come around (just like how Susie mentioned). Besides, you'd have a heart of stone to not like that face.

  13. Getting a new dog after one leaves you is the best medicine. Fergus would like that. It worked for us when we lost Kenzie in October.

  15. He is so cute. We are sure your dad will come to love him. Everyone is different when they lose a dog, some people have to get another one right away and others need time to adjust.
Good luck with the puppies, that is a big tummy.
