State on fire....

Floyd, the peeps and I are thinking tonight off our fellow Aussie's affected by what the Premier of NSW has called the worst fire conditions... ever...

They are saying, that when the conditions ease, they won't be counting the losses (property) by the dozens, but by the hundreds. And that, short of a miracle, lives have undoubtedly been lost.

It is a dark, dark day for the state of New South Wales.

I hope all my Blogville furends are safe and well tonight.

We wish we could do something to help...

Sydney, blanketed by smoke...

And this is just the beginning of the fire season...

  9. It is so sad. There seems to be so many disaster. Lee and I felt so lucky the other week a meteor streaked across the sky just when I went out for my last potty of the night. They say it enter the atmosphere near Frankie and could be seen in five states. But if that had hit dog we would not be here. It literally frightened the poop out of me.
    Thanks for being a friend
