A Spy in our Midst

So the other day my human played this silly trick on me... She hung this funny looking thingy with a flashing light on my collar.

Naturally, Floyd and I decided it was a challenge to get it off, so, when they got in the car to go, where ever it is they go during that day, we got working on it.

When they got home, and greeted us at the fence she looked more than a little disappointed.

I'm not sure why... We did the right thing didn't we...? We got rid of it...

She didn't say much to us, but went and had a look for the thingy in the grass, and I showed it to her, my tail waggling like crazy 'cos I thought she'd be REAL excited!

For some reason, she didn't look very happy...

We might have given it an itty-bitty bit of a chew...

Turns out, the funny thingy wasn't a toy... But a tiny flashy box that she got to spy on Floyd and my day time shenanigans!

Now, I'm not saying that I get up to any naughtiness, but I don't think they really need to know what I do when they aren't there.

Luckily, the couple of snaps the tiny flashy box got, don't contain and incriminating evidence...

How would you feel Puppers, if your humans tried to spy on you..?

  1. I'm all for knowing what you all do when we're not home, but there's a big part of me that is afraid to find out! :-)

Wells, at least your Moms got a few pics off of the spy cam before you killed it!.......Next ~ a 'Nanny Cam' teddy bear! Ooo, that would REALLY be funs to kill! Tell your Moms you want one of those!!!

  6. Why not put one one your peeps? Then you can feed the results on your blog for the whole world to see. Isn't that what They're doing? I bet you catch them sniffing butt. I'll grab a drink and some popcorn, recline the chair and enjoy your peep show.

  8. Dougall, you did the right thing. Destroy that monster, we don't need our Peeps knowing what we are up to when they are away. What was she thinking??? Sheeeeeeeeeesh, that is an invasion of privacy. Good job and keep up the good work.

  13. I think your human is brilliant for the spying attempt. You, Dougall, are far too smart! Mr. Fox would've done the same thing! In fact he might have even eaten parts of that thing. You guys make me laugh!
