Back to School!!

Boy oh boy!! I am SO excited about the Blogville Back to School activities! I can't wait for them to get started!

I'm all set, I've got my bag...


Isn't it absolutely PAWSOME!? A HUGE bark out to Sarge for making it for me, he's the best!

I don't know if you guys know this, but my human is a teacher (she teaches in a Special Education unit in a high school).

What with her being at school all the time, I thought I'd ask her what a good student needs to remember to bring in their backpack.

She said there are a couple of really important things...

1. Books...


2. Pencils...


3. A healthy lunch...



So... I think I've got it all covered... Can't wait to see you all in class!!

    Yeah, we got our pack too, ohhhhhh like the foodie stuff, as far as what to take, Bites says Cheese, more Cheese and cheetos, through in a taco. I what a taco, puperoni, and some rib bones. The only book we have is "HOW TO BE A SCOTTIE"and a book for THEM about Scotties. Heeheehee

    Oh Dougal your backpack is just PAWfect fur YOU!!! Ernie is soooooo excited he can't sit still. He has Packed and UN Packed and RE packed HIS Bookbag about 87 times. He wanted mom to give him his LUNCH... TODAY... fur TOMORROW... butt she said she is going to give him $$$$$ to BUY his lunch.
    It is gonna be a BLAST.
    PeeS... My mom taught Both Regular Ed and Special Ed... plus she ended up her career as the Head Elem. Librarian. She has 2 Master's Degrees. She taught Moderately Severely Profoundly Handicapped Students. So she says BRAVO to YOUR mom. It is not an easy path.

      Wow! You Mum has some great experience by the sounds of it! My human teaches kids with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities and kids with emotional disturbances. It can be a challenge!

      I might ask for a bit of cash, for snacks!

    Wows, I just LOVE your backpack!! I can't believe how organized you are!!! Ma hasn't even made my luches yet!! I have to give her a little nip in the hinnie, and get her goin'!! I also need more pencils.....I already chewed the ones I had in there!

    I'm with Susie and Bites. Great backpack and skimpy lunch. A girl like me could starve on that. A first class back pack deserves a first class meal! Where are the green beans?????

    You are definitely sorted Dougall! Our mom used to be a teacher too...she now has an office job but still in education. Have a grrreat 1st day back at school.
