Christmas is a time for giving and a time of love, so naturally I want to give something to the girl that I love.
To lovely Jazzi...
At first I wasn't sure what to give her. My peep gave me a bit of advice, she said that human girls like flowers and chocolates, but, I don't think it was particularly useful advice...
To start with, us doggies, like myself and lovely Jazzi, can't eat chocolate. It can make us sick. So, I don't think I should give Jazzi chocolate.
And flowers, well, as much as I love to eat a good flower, we don't have any in our yard at the moment (those two facts ARE NOT related, I promise) and I don't think I would be able to send them all the way to Jazzi if I did have some.
So after thinking and thinking and thinking some more.... (here is a picture of me thinking)
I finally had a great idea! I decided to write lovely Jazzi a poem, a poem about a pawfect day with a beautiful girl!
So here is it beautiful Jazzi, my Christmas gift to you...
Merry Christmas Jazzi, I hope you have a pawsome day and that your peeps spoil you!
***Edit: Hey guys, for those who don't know who Jazzi is, she's the pretty wheaten girl in the first pic.
I know Jazzi will swoon when she sees this!ReplyDelete
OH MY DAWGNESS Dougall... if THAT doesn't WOW her... NOTHING WILL.ReplyDelete
Wows Dougall, I didn't know you were a smarty pants! Very impressive my friend. I'm sure this will melt her furry little heart!ReplyDelete
The poem and that picture should do the trick, how about sending some of your furs for her to smell ever day!!!ReplyDelete

Just be careful....if it's the Jazzi we're thinkin' of her heart belongs to Sweet William. But we know she'll be thrilled with your great poem.ReplyDelete

I can't think of anything more lovely than a poem as a gift.ReplyDelete
Dougall that is awesome pawsome. Let us know what Jazzis' response is? We know she will love it. Have a terrific Thursday.ReplyDelete
Best wishes Molly
This is so special - in fact Jazzi's Mom emailed our Mom to tell her about it. When we think of Jazzi, we think of her being a pup in the same bed our pups are in now - it's hard for us to think that she is old enough to date!!ReplyDelete
Lilly, Piper (Jazzi's Dad), Ivy and The Sweet Buglets

You are such a catch, Dougall, and Jazzi is lucky to have you as a boyfriend! The fact that you thought of something original to give her made my heart melt and I'm not a dog! Do you know any human men who are as nice as you? If so, send him to NH! LOL!
She's a lucky girl Dougall!ReplyDelete
